New Buyers Premium Announced - June 8, 2013
Effective Wednesday, June 5th, 2013 the Buyers Premium for all County of Riverside Public Administrators auctions has been changed from 12 1/2% to 13 1/2%. After careful consideration of the costs of putting together an auction, the change in Buyers Premium was implemented in an effort to offset marketing, technology, setup and staffing costs. This 1% change will be applicable to all purchases. Thank you for your understanding and support of our auctions.
