Kozma Auction Service, Inc., a full service company, has qualified appraisers available to assist you in your personal property or real estate needs. Our appraisers will meet with you or your representative, determine the purpose for the appraisal, gather research information, photograph, research, and prepare a computerized report with certifications. All this is usually completed within 20 working days of the appraisal.

Our staff and associates maintain up-to-date knowledge on the current market trends and maintain their 'certification' through courses of instructions and affiliation with such prestigious organizations as Appraisers National Association, American Society of Appraisers, Certified Appraisers Guild of America, and others.

Our appraisers certify appraisal reports in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), The Appraisal Standards Board, The Appraisal Foundation, Washington, DC., (authorized by Congress as the Source of Appraisal Standards and Appraiser Qualifications).
